Mini Album using Graphic 45!!

This is a mini I put together using some different lines from Graphic 45. I used the photos from the Annual Staff Party at my job. It was a lot of fun putting this together, tho I wish I had more 'time' to spend with it to do more techniques on it. Due to our basement flooding, and me having to move all my scrapbooking stuff out of there, it was difficult for me to find what I was looking for and what I wanted to do..it was just a mess! But..here is what I came up with anyway..

Front cover..

Now here are the rest of the pages..with some close ups. I'm not going to go into detail too much on this, or post all the pages. So if you wish to see all the pages please visit my gallery at Pages in Time. I used some Glossy Accents, Fragments, etc..to make embellies. Used a lot of my G45 tags up and lots of Vintage photo ink..lol Handmade a couple of flowers and used Crackle Accents on an image for one of the flowers.

I just love Graphic 45..there is just so many vintage ideas and projects you can do with it. If you are looking for some of this yummy paper, please visit the Pages in Time Store and check out all the G45 Karen is carrying!!!

Well off to finish some more projects...till next time,
Happy Scrappin!

New LO using Websters pp from the March Kit at PIT!

I am loving what Karen has put into the March Kit at Pages in Time! The Websters pp and other fun goodies makes it easy to put a nice layout together. I must say I got inspired to do this LO by visiting Gabrielle Pollacco's blog, (Such a Pretty Mess). The details she adds to her layouts are more than beautiful I must say.

I took a series of my darling Faith last summer, and I think they go perfect with the Websters pp. Scroll below or click HERE to see the "Beauty" LO using the March kit too. So anyway,...here is what I came up with this time! I used Liquid Pearls around the edging, made a fairy glass embellie using a Fairy pic (from the Pages in Time Store) and Memory Glass. The brass photo corners and Tim Holtz Die Cut are included in this kit also!! I did add some extra Prima flowers from the store as well.

I cut out some butterflies from my stash and used Glossy Accents and UTEE on them to make them more sturdy and glossy. The beautiful Prima Pearl and Rose Swirls are included in the add on kit and they are simply gorgeous!

I took some lace and made a flower. I also hand made a couple more using some extra pp from the lo Used Rock Candy Stickles on the Tim Holtz die cut (included in the March kit). I added some Stickles to some of the Prima flowers to give it some more texture...a little detail I lifted from one of Gabrielle's LO's.

I appreciate you stopping by!! Get ready because April is right around the corner and if I know Karen, April's kit will be even better than March's!! I highly recommend getting your orders in as fast as you can..they do go fast! Just go to Pages in Time-Karen's page, and send her a message that you're interested! My lil Rose Bud-Using March Kit Items from Pages in Time!!!

I was browsing some old scrapbook albums and found this photo stuck into one of the pages. I love this pic! Even tho it's a little blurry, it shows her happy smiling baby face and that's enough for me! I used a few other pics like this one to do some shabby chic layouts, so I decided to stick with that same theme. The hat she's wearing was her fave and it had a dusty pic rose on it. So this is what I came up with:

I used 7 Gypsies pp for the background which is from the March Kit at Pages in Time.. I believe the pink die cut is from Kaisercraft..I had cut it some time ago..so not sure. I handmade the pink rose using the flower technique from the Technique Tuesday group at Pages in Time. The leaves are also from the March Kit at PIT!!

I embossed a stamp and then colored in the rose using my CM markers. Boy I'd love to have some Copic!

I cut some butterflies out of a ribbon I had and glued them up the pp..

I used pearls around the edging, used Picket Fence Crackle Paint on the TH Grungeboard flourish and heart, then sprayed them with Tattered Angels SWAK Glimmer Mist..edged with TH Distress Ink in Barn Door Red.

Thanks for stopping by!! Visit us at Pages in Time for a great inspirational gallery, chat and challenges!! Not to mention a scrapping store!! Beautiful monthly kits make it all the better. I recommend putting in your orders as soon as you can as they go super fast!!

Till next time, Happy Scrappin!!

Pages in Time March Kit Layout~Websters

I LOVE the new March Kit from Pages in Time! It is filled with all kinds of beautiful pp and goodies!! I used Websters Life Portrait pp for this LO, plus beautiful new Prima, also new at the PIT Store. I didn't use alot of distressing/inking for this lo..as I didn't think it needed it. I used pop up dots for the frame and cut out quote (from another Websters pp), beautiful Prima flowers, and a rub on quote. Since I didn't do alot of techniques, it didn't take me long to finish. Thanks for looking!

Thanks for checking it out! Don't you just love this pp? If  you're looking for it, go to the Pages in Time site and check out the products for sale. If you don't see what you're looking for, just send a private message (you can do this from your main page) to Karen, the owner regarding what you're looking for. Most likely she has it! She is posting new items! I also highly recommend that if you're wanting any of the monthly kits, put in your request or pre order with Karen early!! They sell out SO fast! If you're interested in April's kit, just let her know!

Thanks again for stopping by and till next time, Happy Scrappin!!

Kiss the Frog-New Websters 'Life's Portrait' Layout

I was the lucky winner of some beautiful Webster's pp!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE this line. It's called "Life's Portrait" and it is very soft, pretty, and a great quality paper. I did this LO for Alda's Die Cut Challenge at Pages in Time. The challenge was to use your die cut machine to make at least 3 die cuts..such as flowers, picket fence, bird, etc..I made the fence, flowers, and leaves. I printed out the photo in both a 5x7 and 4x6 to get the double effect. Saw this on Such A Pretty Mess Blog (Gabrielle Pollacco).

I actually had to hand cut the picket fence since I have no cartridge with one it..so..hope that still works for the challenge. I used the "George" Cricut Cartridge to do the flowers. I inked the Tattered Angels Butterfly Glimmer Chip with Wild Honey and edged it with Vintage Photo inks and then covered it in Crackle Accents. I also used Glossy Accents on the butterfly printed on the pp to make it pop. The bird is cut from stash pp I had.

The index tab is holding a small journal card telling the story about my dd kissing the frog to find her prince. Here are just a few more close ups. I used Tattered Angles SWAK Glimmer Mist for the lettering.

Graphic 45 On the Boardwalk Paper Bag Album

I have been wanting to try a Paper Bag Album (PBA) for awhile. I got one in the last kit at Pages in Time and have been keeping it on the shelf for awhile. I decided to use the On the Boardwalk Graphic 45 for it since I wanted it for pics of the kids at our lake cabin.
A few pages:

Not sure if I'm quite done with it, so I'll set it aside for a few days and decide. If you're looking to try a PBA check out the Store at PIT, or pm Karen (the founder) and let her know!!!  They  are lots of fun and I'm sure I'll be ordering another one soon!!
