Sweet Days March KOM!

WE PROUDLY PRESENT:

Sweet days of memories
Nothing touches their glowing

Their softness forever one sees
Without actually knowing
For a dream is always to be
Something lovely and so free

13 Arts "All is Love" Creation

Hello scrapping friends!

My blog has been lonely lately as I've been so busy with work. I lost my assistant..and yes I miss her!! But hopefully I will be hiring a new one soon!

So to get back on the blogging track, I wanted to share a LO with you using new 13 Arts "All is Love" Collection available at the Flying Unicorn Store.  I also did this for the Skissedilla Sketch Blog that Flying Unicorn is sponsoring this month. Here is the sketch for this week.

Here is my LO. I did switch the sketch up a little bit. I started by lightly misting with Dylusions in Lime, and Tattered Angels Mists in Puerto Rico and Marmalade. I then used Shona's Kroma Crackle Tutorial on the background. Kroma Crackle is a fabulous product and it does take a long time to dry, but Shona found a way on their blog to dry within 5 minutes!!! I then dry brushed Black Gesso here and there and used my brick stamp on the page after drying. I added my branch stamp and some little stamps thru out as well.

I used some yummy Petaloo Dahlias Mix Flowers along with my Cottage Cutz Ivy Die both from the store.

To frame the picture, I took a Tim Holtz grungeboard flourish and painted it with white gesso. I then used the Kroma Crackle on it for some cool texture.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you get some creative time in!

Don't forget we have a full month of fun in March at the FORUM!! We have lots of cool tutorials for our Fairytale Month and some fun challenges, cool RAK's and great inspiration!!! So hope you join us!!!
