My winner is Jane!!!! Congrats Jane!!!

"How cute your dolls turned out. I cannot believe all the ideas I am getting while going thru this blog hop. I don't have a favourite JN doll because I don't have any of them. I work mostly with mixed media art journals and did not realize just how great these stamps are and how good they would be to add to my journal pages. I definitely want them in my "arsenal" of multi media goodies. Thanks so much for the inspiration."

Jane-Please email Alda at cs@flyingunicornllc.com.

Be sure to write "Blog Hop Winner" in your subject line. Let Alda know what blog you won from, which stamp you would like and which paper pack within 7 days.

Thanks again everyone!!!! I hope you were inspired to create!!!!

(We have an amazing line up of creative and inspirational projects all centering on Julie Nutting Mixed Media Doll Stamps. Let us get this party hopping! )

I am SO excited for this hop and I know you will be too!!! We have some AWESOME PRIZES to giveaway so let's get to it!!!

I have created some tags using the new Julie Nutting Doll Stamp

What I loved about this set is that it comes with other stamps!
The sentiments and heart stamps were a perfect combo for her!

She is a bit smaller than the other dolls I have played with.
Petite and sweet is what I like to call her!

Here she is in a few tags I created!

Tip: To give your doll some "pop", use fabric or layer the clothing!
For this one I cut small piece of fabric with scalloped scissors.
It gave the hem of the skirt some flare.

Tip: Since she is a bit smaller don't let her get lost on a large tag.
Here I chose to add some lace at the bottom. Trying to create a 'ledge'
for her to stand on makes her the focal point and gives the tag
an illusion of being 'shorter'

Want to win the doll I used or any of the other ones, the choice will be yours along with Time Traveler or Seashore collection paper pack by Prima.

To be eligible all you have to do is:

·Become a follower of my blog
·Comment below this post and tell me what your favorite JN Doll stamp is!
·This giveaway is open worldwide

   But wait there is more!

One lucky person will win the Uni’s & Dolls grand prize!

I hope you get inspired and have fun hopping along with us!!

June Kit Creations

Hello everyone!

It's time to share some June Main Kit Creations from Flying Unicorn!

I'm not surprised that the kit sold out so fast, but I do hope you got to purchase one! I want to remind you all to take advantage of our new Pre-Order Option so you don't ever miss a kit! Just watch our Facebook page on the 20th of each month along with the STORE's main page as this is when you can pre order your kit!!

Now onto the creations!

This kit is packed with Riddersholm Tailgate Marked Collection and it quickly has become one of my favorites! I made this page for my step daughter who is off to college in the fall and we are so proud of her.

I used some 13 Arts Gesso and a Memory Box Stencil along with the Shimmerz "Tickle Me Turquoise" which is in the Mixed Art kit,on the background.

The beautiful Petaloo Blooms are gorgeous and match the papers so well! This LO is of my grandson when he was just a little peanut.

Loving the Flying Unicorn Crown Adornment..perfect for a little prince!

I was super glad their was a bit of pink in the kit!! I used some Creative Embellishments vine chippies from my stash on this one as well.

I love the OTP this month!! It's a little metal bench that you can decorate to your fancy. I chose to paint my bench with some 13 Arts Matte Turquoise Paint, let it dry and then used a sharp knife to chip off some paint to give it an aged look.

Well that's it for now!!! Be sure to stop by the forums for some new June Challenges as well!! We have some great RAK's this month and would love to see you get inspired!
