Hello scrapping friends!

Today I'm sharing some Creative Team work that I did for Flying Unicorn. I worked on this layout for awhile trying to incorporate some prettiness but still keep it boyish..not sure if I pulled it off or not..lol

I used paper from G.C.D. Studios from their Ella Blue collection. It's truly beautiful!

Everything but the Dusty Attic chippies are from the Flying Unicorn Store. Though Flying Unicorn does carry Dusty Attic and Scrap FX chipboard!!!!

The frame I made out of Tim Holtz Grungepaper and did a painting/stamping technique that I'll share on tutorial on later if you're interested.  I used my brick stamp to get the effect.

I used Copic markers on the Dusty Attic mushrooms and topped them off with Rock Candy.

For the Dusty Attic Chicken Wire Panel I stitched several criss-cross stitches just to give it a little more detail. I was going to run vine thru it, but it was just 'too much'.

A Sneak Peek @ Flying Unicorn's June Kit!!!

I have a couple sneak peeks of the gorgeous June kit "Treasured Moments" from Flying Unicorn!!

This kit is beautiful!!! I can't say much right now, but trust me..it's amazing!! Not only is the kit filled with enought goodies to make several lo's and cards, but you also get an "Off the Page" project for you to do!! How fun is that? Websters and Fancy Pants

Hi Scrappers!

I've been working on some lo's for the past few days and thought I better get them posted!

For this first LO, I used Websters Country Estate paper. I did this LO for a challenge on of our CT members is hosting. It's the All Things Pretty Challenge. You had to use lace and butterflies..and who doesn't love butterflies? My beautiful butterflies are courtesy of my scrapping sister, Lisa Gregory.

This is a pic of my darling grandson, and I LOVE the look on his face...lol. Too cute!

I did some fussy cutting, and made an embellie out of Memory Glass. Here are some close ups:

The next LO I did is some CT work for Flying Unicorn using Fancy Pants "It's the Little Things" Collection. I based this on a lo by Nerridam's "A Little Birdie."

Some More Fun Creative Team Work !

I've been having SO much fun playing with all the goodies from Flying Unicorn! The "Spring Awakening" Collection from the Scrap Cake is to die for! Click HERE to find it. I like the versatility of it, as you can do both boy and girl lo's with this line. Here is one I did using this collection. I based it on a sketch at Flying Unicorn, which you can see HERE in the forum. It's a picture of my daughter when she was a baby, and it was my first try at hand photo coloring:

 The next lo I did was using Pink Paislee's Butterfly Garden Collection. This paper is just beautiful!!

I used Lisa Gregory's Scrabble Tile letter tutorial, and got the bird cage inspiration from Lisa Valentine. Love how she did her birdcage in her "Giggle" layout.

 This last one, I'm not so sure I'm totally loving it or not. Fancy Pants "It's the Little Things" Collection is bright and fun and really neat to work with. So much you can mix and match!! I know it's not my typical style, which is why I'm feeling so-so about it, but the chipboard pieces and transparent overlay are really cute!!! I couldn't get a great pic of this layout due to the glare on the overlay. However, you can see in the close ups how cute this line really is.

These first two I did are using the Spring Awakening Line from The Scrap Cake. It's great quality paper that is so soft and pretty. I did a boy lo and a girl lo to show how you can use this line either way; The paper, most of the flowers, with the exception of the bottom right (that's one from Angelica), are from the store. I made a few little handmade roses using Tim Holtz Distress Cardstock. Alda also sells her beautiful handmade flowers at the store too!!! The large off white rose is one of hers! It's it gorgeous!!

Here is the girl LO. I added a Dusty Attic Dress form to it; All the flowers and embellies are from the store
