Fabscraps Organic Collection

Hey everyone!

I've been working on a CT layout for Flying Unicorn for several days and think I am ready to share now. I started taking pictures of my finished projects to see if they 'look' right to me. For some reason I'm finding it works better to see the lo as a whole this way and you can really tell if something is missing or off balance. Well when I took a pic of this the other day..that's what happened. It seemed way off balance...so I added some more to it and think it's more balanced now. Sometimes we are our worst critics aren't we? lol

I used new Fabscraps Organic collection and chipboard. Petaloo and Manor House flowers, I misted the MH flowers with Puerto Rico Glimmer Mist and then painted the edges with white Crackle Paint. Used Distress stains and Glimmer Glam on the DA vine. All products from the Flying Unicorn Store.

I made this lo also for the American Idol challenge in the Forum. We were to use the title of our favorite song. I have several favorite songs, but I chose my very fave, "In My Arms" by Plumb. I believe every mother needs to hear this song..it's so beautiful!

Here are some close ups..

Well thanks for stopping by! I appreciate you popping in..and don't forget about the GREAT things happening in March at the Flying Unicorn! It's all about fashion starting March 1st!
